中文摘要: 紫花苜蓿是世界上最重要的豆科牧草,紫花苜蓿品种的改良有赖于所掌握资源的数量和对其农艺性状遗传基础的了解与掌握程度。许多重要农艺性状多为数量性状,对其遗传基础的研究比较困难,特别是对杂合的、同源四倍体的紫花苜蓿。随着基因组学的发展,以连锁不平衡为基础的全基因组关联分析的出现为紫花苜蓿数量性状遗传的研究提供了新途径。本研究利用来自世界各地的紫花苜蓿核心种质,通过对重要产量和品质性状的表型鉴定,剖析性状的表型变异;利用来自于全基因组的gSSR和EST-SSR标记来分析其遗传多样性及群体结构,并探讨位点间连锁不平衡及其在基因组的分布情况;进行分子标记与表型性状关联分析,发掘与紫花苜蓿重要农艺性状显著关联的标记、等位位点,以期为紫花苜蓿分子标记辅助选择育种服务。

英文摘要: Alfalfa is the most important legume forage crop in the world. Understanding the genetic basis of agronomic traits can facilitate alfalfa improvement. Most agronomic traits are quantitative traits controlled by many genes. Genetic dissection of those quantitative traits is difficult, especially for alfalfa, a heterozygous and autotetraploid species. With the development of genomics, genome-wide association mapping based on the linkage disequilibrium (LD) offers a new way for identification of loci underling target quantitative traits. A diverse panel of alfalfa core collection was used in this study.We are going to investigate phenotypic variation for the important yield and quality traits. We will also evaluate genetic diversity, population structure, and linkage disequilibrium (LD) level using gSSR and EST-SSR. By genome-wide association mapping, we expect to identify loci related to those agronomic traits and facilitate marker-assisted selection in alfalfa.
