中文摘要: 当前,重大工程建设组织能力不足很大程度上是由于当前形势下外部介入式下重大工程建设组织缺乏有效的组织学习机制。本课题从组织知识基础观出发,借鉴工商管理中跨组织学习理论,立足于重大工程建设组织能力提升的目标,凝练和提出“外部介入式重大工程建设组织学习机制”,具体内容包括:① 通过文献和案例解析外部介入式重大工程建设组织学习机制的基本概念、主要特征、系统要素、阻制、驱动力及耦合效应;② 通过理论和案例推导剖析“外部介入式重大工程建设组织学习机制”的形成机理,利用模糊数学构建外部介入式重大工程建设组织学习指数;③ 利用实地调查问卷和结构方程建模,实证分析外部介入式重大工程建设组织学习对组织能力的影响路径、耦合效应及学习行为过程演化规律;④ 采用Agent计算实验技术对实证分析的初步结果进行验证和优化。研究成果不仅能丰富临时性项目组织情境中跨组织学习理论,还能对实践改善提供理论指导和技术支持。

英文摘要: Currently, insufficient organizational capabilities of construction megaprojects are due to the lack of establishment of effective organizational learning in construction megaproject organizations with external involvement. Thus, this study, in perspectives of organizational knowledge-based view and cross-organizational learning theory in business administration, propose a conceptual model of organizational learning in construction megaproject organizations with external involvement (CMOEI) to develop organizational capabilities of these megaprojects. Specific objectives of the study are to: (1) define the concept, characteristics, factors, barriers, benefits, and effects of organizational learning in CMOEI by conducting literature review and cases studies; (2) analyze the mechanism of organizational learning in CMOEI by undertaking theoretical deduction and case studies as well as develop an organizational learning index for CMOEI by using fuzzy theory; (3) evaluate effects of organizational learning on organizational capability development in CMOEI by using field questionnaires and structural equation modeling; and (4) optimize the analysis results derived from field questionnaires by conducting agent-based computational method. Findings of the proposed study will contribute to the establishment of theory of cross-organization learning in the temporary project-organizing context and provide useful implication and tools for practice improvement.
