中文摘要: 采用理论及实验的方法来研究大型航空器设计所涉及的纤维增强树脂基复合材料和新一代高强铝锂合金组成的混合叠层板的制备工艺,通过铝合金、铝锂合金表面处理工艺、叠层板固化成型工艺的研究,建立一个可重现且可靠的叠层板制备工艺。通过无损检测技术,研究叠层板的制备缺陷,比较纤维增强铝合金层板与纤维增强铝锂合金层板的制备流程及制备缺陷的异同性。建立含初始界面分层缺陷、含残余应力层板静强度和疲劳裂纹萌生寿命和疲劳裂纹扩展寿命理论模型和有限元数值模型,模拟固化成型工艺过程,分析层板制备过程各阶段工艺参数对成型后层板界面分层和残余应力的影响,从而为优化工艺参数提供理论依据。

英文摘要: This research adopts the theory and experimental method to study the large aircraft design involves the fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material and a new generation of high strength aluminum lithium alloy composition of the hybrid laminates preparation process. Through the aluminum alloy, aluminum lithium alloy surface treatment technique, laminated plate curing process research, establish a reproducible and reliable laminated plate and preparation process. The preparation of laminated defects by the research of nondestructive testing technology, comparison of fiber reinforced aluminium laminates and fiber reinforced aluminum lithium alloy preparation process and preparation of the similarities and differences of defects. To establish initial interfacial delamination defects, including residual stress of plate static intensity and fatigue crack initiation life and fatigue crack propagation life of theoretical model and the finite element numerical model. Simulation of solidification process, analysis of laminate preparation process at all stages of process parameters on the forming plate interface stratification and the effect of residual stress. To provide theoretical basis for optimizing the process parameters.
