中文摘要: 炭质中间相是一类重要的碳材料前驱体,其形态与结构由原料组成、制备工艺等因素决定。本项目尝试采用“#36807;渡状态”#27169;型解释炭质中间相的形成机理,利用加热式偏光显微镜在等温条件下动态监测反应物经过过渡态形成中间相的演变过程;进一步研究原料组成、反应温度、时间对反应速率和活化能的影响规律,建立非等温动力学模型,进而指导中间相产物的可控制备技术。研究结果表明,煤焦油沥青在400~430 ℃#23481;易发生热缩聚,生成各向异性的球形中间相。在此基础上探讨了炭质中间相材料结构与应用的关联。本项目的研究成果可为发展高性能碳材料的提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Carbonaceous mesophase is an important precursor for preparing carbon materials, whose morphology and microstructure are determined by various factors, such as composition of the raw material and preparation technique. In this study, the ‘ntergradation’model was adopted to explain the formation mechanism of carbonaceous mesophase, and that isothermal dynamic inspection was carried out with a heating polarizing microscope aiming at the evolution process from the reactant, through the intergradations, to the mesophase. Furthermore, the influence mechanism of composition of the raw material, reaction temperature and time on the reaction rate and the activated energy was investigated in detail, and that the non-isothermal kinetics model was constructed to develop the controllable preparation technique. As a result, spherical mesophase pyrocondensed by coal tar pitch was formed at a temperature range of 400~430 ℃ In addition, the relationship between the microstructure and the application of the carbonaceous mesophase materials was discussed. Accordingly, the results in this study provide academic evidence to the development of high performance carbon materials.
