中文摘要: 最近,金属-有机框架作为化学传感器的潜在应用方面的研究刚刚开始起步,还缺乏系统性研究,但是MOFs的结构和性质的可调节性使其在化学传感材料方面具有更广泛地应用前景。由于阴、阳离子在化学、医学、生物学、环境学、营养学等领域扮演着非常重要的角色,因此本计划的主要内容为有关金属-有机超分子容器在阴、阳离子识别方面的研究,我们选择一系列具有良好发光性质的双齿及多齿有机配体,调控其配位官能团的种类,定向设计合成新型的具有预想空穴或内腔的金属-有机超分子容器,根据主-客体适配原则,研究其对阴离子、阳离子的识别性能,为金属-有机超分子容器作为阴、阳离子荧光探针的可行性奠定实验和理论基础,并据此筛选识别阴、阳离子方面的功能性金属-有机复合材料。

英文摘要: Recently,several investigators have begun exploring the potential of Metal-Organic Framewors as chemical sensors. Although yet to be systematically exploited, the tunability of MOF's structures and properties make it have widelly application prospect on chemo-sensory materials. Because anion and cation play a very important role in chemistry, medicine, biology, environmental science, nutrition and other fields, this project is commited to the ion recognition of metal-organic frameworks, we plan to prepare a series of bidentate and polydentate ligands with good luminescent properties, and change the type of coordination group of the Ligands to get the metal-organic supramolecular containers with the expected pore and aperture. According to the principle of host-guest adaptation, we will study the recognition of anion and cation about these MOFs, which can establishe the experimental and theoretical foundation for the feasibility of MOFs act as fluorescence probes of the ions. Based on that,we will screening some metal organic composite materials with potentail application on ion recognition.
