中文摘要: 电力系统对风电场调度响应要求日益提高,而基于变速风电机组最大风能追踪控制方式下的风电场,存在着功率输出对风速依赖性强、各风机负荷调度缺乏全局优化等问题。为此,本课题以基于变速双馈型风机叶轮旋转储能调节的功率控制策略为切入点,对风电场自动发电优化控制中关键的风机负荷调度策略展开研究,以期拓展风电场功率调节能力,提高风能综合利用效率。具体包括: (1)以提高变速双馈风电机组功率主动控制能力为目标,提出一套完整的基于变速双馈型风机叶轮储能的全程功率控制策略及其运行状态评估策略,为风电机组负荷优化调度提供决策依据。 (2)以变速风机储能运行状态评价指标为基础,以兼顾电网调度要求及风机储能运行优化为目标,将风机负荷优化调度策略转化为复杂非线性目标优化问题,设计了一种基于混沌遗传算法的求解策略,对其应用进行研究。 本课题可望为风电场自动发电控制策略优化设计提供理论基础。

英文摘要: Nowadays, the requirement of wind farm output power control performance by power grid is more strictly. However, the traditional maximum wind power track operation of variable-speed wind turbine has some shortages, such as turbine output power is mainly decided by wind speed, and wind turbines generation dispatching is lack of optimizing. Aimed at enhancing wind farm power control ability and improving wind energy utilizing efficiency, in this research, the wind turbine power control strategy base on turbine rotate energy storage control is adopted as a fundament, and the wind turbine generation optimum dispatching strategy is studied, which is a key point for wind farm automatic generation control. The research includes: (1) In order to improve doubly-fed wind turbine power control performance, a power control strategy based on wind turbine energy storage and its operation condition evaluating strategy is proposed, as a basis for wind turbines generation dispatching. (2) Based on operation condition evaluating method, a optimizing target for wind turbines generation optimum dispatching is proposed, considering both power grid requirement and wind turbine optimizing operating, which forms a target optimizing question with complex un-linearity. And a chaos genetic algorithm is designed for solving this problem.
