中文摘要: 通过选择基质材料、调控界面状态和碳纳米管(CNTs)分布可以显著影响碳纳米管复合冷阴极材料的场发射性能。本项目采用快速冷却技术、球磨技术和热压-超塑性变形技术相结合制备ZrCu基非晶合金(BMG)/多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)复合冷阴极材料。通过设计复合材料成分、改变制备工艺参数等,调控复合材料的界面特性,探讨复合材料界面特性对电子传输和发射行为的影响;利用超塑性变形技术开展CNTs定向排列行为的研究,并据此揭示超塑性变形时BMG的粘性流动对CNTs分布、取向的影响规律和相互作用关系。最终获得界面状态和CNTs分布对ZrCu基BMG/CNTs复合冷阴极材料场发射性能的影响规律,为设计高性能复合冷阴极材料提供试验及理论依据。

英文摘要: Matrix materials, interface characteristics and alignment of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) influence markedly on the field emission properties of CNTs composites. In this project, one novel composite material made from ZrCu based amorphous alloys (BMG) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) will be prepared by rapid colling, milling and hot-pressed superplastic deformation technology, which is applied to field emission cold cathode. The influence of interface characteristics on electron transport and emission behaviors will be discussed. Aligned CNTs composites will be fabricated by superplastic deformation technology, and the interaction mechanism of amorphous alloys and MWCNTs will be revealed. The principle of field emission performance influenced by composites materials compositions, interface characteristics and alignment of CNTs will be gained. The experiments datum and principles will be provided to design the novel cold cathode composites.
