中文摘要: 聚膦腈是主链上以磷氮原子交替排列,侧链为有机取代基的一类新型有机无机杂化高分子,具有优异的光热稳定性、抗氧化性、耐辐射、耐低温、生物相容性及生物可降解性等,在生物医用材料领域有着重要的应用前景。通过纳米技术合成的聚膦腈纳米管,是一类新型的聚合物纳米管,由于其表面带有大量活性基团和多个配位位点,易于与生物活性分子结合,也易于与金属离子配位,且生物相容性佳,因而在纳米生物医学领域有着重要的研究和应用价值。本项目拟以聚膦腈纳米管为基体,与各种顺磁性金属离子进行配位,再用化学改性的方法增加水溶性和靶向性,制备一类性能优异的新型纳米磁共振成像对比剂,改善目前磁共振成像对比剂存在的问题,如:渗透压较高、靶向性差、毒副作用高等。并表征其结构和性能,研究结构与性能间的相互关系,研究其与细胞之间的相互作用机制,并进行毒性毒理和药物代谢研究,为医学领域提供一类新型的纳米管磁共振成像对比剂。

英文摘要: Polyphosphazenes, which are one class of the important hybrid inorganic-organic polymers with a backbone of alternating phosphorus and nitrogen atoms and two side chains substituted by organic groups, have wide application prospects in chemical biomedicine because of their excellent thermal stability, biocompatibility and biodegradability. In particular, the polyphosphazene nanotubes synthesized by nanotechnology, have important theoretical research and practical application values in the field of nanobiomedical, due to their good biocompatibility and many active functional groups and combine sites on the surfaces which can be easily combined with biomolecules and metal ions. In this project, we will devote to preparing a kind of novel polymer nanotube contrast agents with excellent performances to solve the problems of the existing product such as high osmotic pressure, toxicity and bad target for organisms. The new polymer nanotube contrast agents are synthesized by combining phosphosphazene nanotubes with many paramagnetic transition metals and modified by chemical methods to enhance water solubility and targeted property.
