中文摘要: 本体构建活动的广泛开展,造成了网络上本体的数量急剧增长,本体质量参差不齐,给本体的重用带来了使用上的困境,相比之下,本体质量等评估活动则较少引起学者的重视。本课题提出了在网络环境下本体质量评估的多维指标体系,以及本体质量自动评估的动态模型,以解决本体评估指标内涵不明确和难以计算的问题;同时针对本体评估目的性不强的现状,本课题设计了基于应用的本体适用性评估算法及模型,其考虑了用户的本体使用需求以及本体对应用效果的提升程度。基于本体的质量与适应性评估模型,对本体选择与排序平台进行工程实现和有效性检验。本课题具有较强创新型,在研究过程中将产生若干项软件著作权和专利,从研究的宏观层面看,该研究是本体领域亟待引起学者关注和重视的研究方向,也是解决用户本体重用的关键。有效性的评估理论和技术亟需突破,该课题具有较广泛的学术研究意义和系统应用价值。

英文摘要: Extensive ontology construction activities have sharply increased the amount of ontology in the web, but the quality of ontologies was low. This has disabled users from reusing ontology. However, ontology quality assessment activities seldom draw attention of scholars. In this project, we put forward a multi-dimensional ontology quality assessment index system under the Internet environment, and we design a dynamic model for the evaluation of ontology quality, in order to enhance the complement of evaluation index connotation and improve metrics computation; Faced with the lack of targets in ontology evaluation at present, this project propose the algorithm and model for ontology applicability evaluation based on application, which takes user requirements of ontology and the ontology effectiveness in improving the application into account. Based on ontology quality and adaptability evaluation model, we would design and test the platform of selecting ontology and ranking ontology. This project is innovative, and would produce some software copyrights and patents during the research. From the macro scope, the direction of this research is vital in solving user ontology reuse problem, which should draw more attention of scholars in ontology field to breakthrough and complement effective ontology evaluation theory and technology .So it has a broad academic research significance and application value.
