中文摘要: 定性定量地高效可控组装纳米线,是以有序纳米阵列为基础的纳米器件、纳机械系统走向实际应用的瓶颈之一。而现有的组装技术或对纳米线材料有限制、或只适用于某些特定形态的纳米线阵列、或组装效率比较低,一般都不能高效精确地控制纳米线阵列的位置、尺寸和密度。此外,关于多种纳米线混合阵列组装技术的研究,目前仍鲜有人涉足。因此,本项目提出了在微流体芯片反应室内进行纳米线组装的"水力钳"法:通过纳米线、流体、基片三者之间的相互作用,定性定量地高效组装单种或多种纳米线,使得纳米线阵列的分布特征轻松可控;经精心设计,该方法甚至可用于单根纳米线的控制操作。本项目的预期成果将为纳米材料的组装提供新的可行方案,为多功能纳米线传感器的研制和实用化提供前提条件。

英文摘要: How to efficiently assemble nanowires quantificationally and qualitatively is one of the main obstacles for the application of ordered-nanowire-array based nanodevices and NEMS. Of all the present nanowire assembly techniques, however, some have to put restrictions on the material of involved nanowires, some only can be applicable to nanowire arrays of specific patterns, or have to be limited with low yields. The distribution pattern of assembled nanowire arrays, such as the location, dimension and density, cannot be precisely controlled generally. In addition, researchers have seldom worked on the assembly of hybrid nanowire arrays. So in this proposal we brought up the idea of 'hydro-tweezers' for nanowire assembly based on microfluidic chips, where a single type or multiple types of nanowire arrays can be easily and controllably assembled based on the interaction between nanowires, the carrying fluids and the underneath substrate. With skillful designs, the tweezers can even be implemented to the manipulation of a single nanowire. The outputs of this projects will provide a feasible approach for the assembly of nanowire arrays, and paved the way for the development and industrialization of multi-functional-nano-sensors.
