中文摘要: 该探索研究探讨了一维多壁碳纳米管和零维富勒烯这两种纳米碳材料在嵌段共聚物(PS-b-PEO)中的选择性分散问题。分别用接枝了PEO的碳纳米管和接枝了PS的富勒烯与嵌段共聚物组成纳米复合体系薄膜,在溶剂气氛处理的情况下,观察了复合薄膜的形态变化,当碳纳米管接枝了PEO后,尽管碳纳米管的尺寸并不均一,它们还是均匀分散在共聚物的PEO相区中;当富勒烯接枝了PS后,绝大部分富勒烯分散在黑色的PS相区中,随着富勒烯含量的增加,PS相区逐渐增大。结果表明,纳米碳材料表面接枝聚合物是控制其选择性分布的关键因素。

英文摘要: Two kinds of nanohybrid thin films were successfully prepared using the self-assembly of the PS-b-PEO block copolymer, in which the ligand-functionalized MWNT and the C60 were selectively distributed in the block copolymer templates. PS-b-PEO/MWNT nanohybrid thin films were successfully obtained and the PEO-functionalized MWNTs are selectively distributed in PEO microphase of the block copolymer; the lamellar microstructure of the PS-b-PEO/C60-PS nanohybrid film was obtained by controlling the annealing solvent and the annealing time. The C60-PS joined the PS phase, expanding the scale of the PS domains. The polymer ligands covering the carbon nanomaterials were effective in achieving the desired assembly.
