中文摘要: 动态交通分配是智能交通系统中最重要的关键技术基础之一,其模型可以广泛应用于离线的交通规划及政策评估和在线的智能交通系统应用。与传统建模方法不同,本项目拟采用交叉口流向流量描述动态交通分配问题,提出基于交叉口流向流量的动态交通分配模型。由于交叉口流向流量包含出行者的路径信息,得到的动态交通分配模型可以捕捉到真实的物理排队效应,同时在模型的求解过程中可以避免路径集的列举和列生成技术的应用。这使得项目提出的动交通分配模型可以潜在地应用于大规模交通网络。依照该研究思路,本项目将建立能够再现真实交通现象的网络交通流传播模型,设计合理的动态走行时间函数,构建不同出行选择准则下基于交叉口流向流量的动态交通分配模型,提出有效的模型求解算法。最后,还将探讨提出的动态交通分配模型在城市交通规划与管理中的应用。本项目的研究有助于推动城市动态交通分配理论的发展,为提高我国城市交通管理与控制水平奠定良好的理论基础。

英文摘要: Dynamic traffic assignment (DTA) theory is one of the most important basic technologies of intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and DTA models are widely used tools for offline transport planning and policy evaluation and online ITS applications. Different from traditional DTA formulations, this project will formulate DTA problems in terms of intersection movements, and propose intersection-movement-based DTA models. Intersection movements contain travelers' route information, and hence the realistic effects of physical queues can be captured in the formulation. Moreover, route enumeration and column generation heuristics can be avoided in the solution procedure, and thus the intersection-movement-based DTA models have a good potential to be applied for large-scale traffic networks. According to this concept, this project will develop network traffic flow propagation model which can reflect real traffic phenomenon, propose reasonable dynamic travel time functions, develop intersection-movement-based DTA models under different travel choice principles, and propose efficient solution algorithms. Finally, applications of the proposed DTA models for transporation planning and management will also be investigated.
