中文摘要: 面心立方结构多主元高熵合金具备很多优异的综合性能,具有良好的工业应用前景,对其凝固机制的研究是该类合金工业化应用的关键理论基础。然而该类合金的元素种类和含量较多,多原子交互作用强烈,加上合金的不透明性使得其凝固过程的实验观测十分困难,对其开展凝固机制研究带来了极大的不便,目前关于多主元高熵合金凝固理论的实验和理论研究均十分缺乏。本项目基于高能同步辐射硬X射线原位成像、三维立体成像与衍射技术,实现对具有面心立方结构的典型高熵合金的凝固过程进行实时观测、凝固组织三维立体重构与原位衍射表征,可对其整个凝固过程以及合金完全凝固后的组织结构等进行精准的定量测量,并探索凝固速度、温度梯度等主要凝固参量对其凝固过程的影响机制,从而揭示面心立方结构多主元高熵合金这一复杂体系中不同组元原子间的相互作用规律与依赖关系,建立该类合金形核和生长的理论模型,为该类合金的工业化应用奠定坚实的理论基础。

英文摘要: The FCC structured multi-component high entropy alloys possess many excellent comprehensive mechanical properties with a good prospect of industrial application. Yet the study of the mechanism of solidification is the key to this kind of alloy industrial application theory basis. But the abundant elemental kinds and contents, complex atomic interaction along with the opacity of the alloys lead to the difficulty of observing the solidification process and researching the solidification mechanism. At present, the theoretical and experimental research on the solidification mechanism of multi-component high entropy alloys are very lacking. The project is based on this, which will use the high-energy x-ray synchrotron radiation in situ imaging, 3D reconstructed and diffraction techniques to observe the real-time solidfication process and 3D reconstructed imagines of the typical FCC structured high entropy alloys to achieve the whole solidification process and the solidification structure quantitative measurement, as well as how to influence solidification process by solidification parameters, e.g., solidification rate, temperature gradient etc. On the basis on the studies above, the interaction laws and dependencies between the different groups of atoms in the complex multi-component high entropy alloys systems will be explored. Finally, the theoretical model of alloy nucleation and growth will be established, which will lay a solid theoretical foundation of the industrial application of the alloys.
