中文摘要: 以绿色增长为导向的低碳产业技术链成为中国应对全球气候变化、推动低碳技术发展的重要途径。本项目以信息生态视角下中国低碳产业技术链的形成机理及发展路径为切入点。在理论层面,从低碳产业技术链形成中的信息生态系统、创新机制和系统失衡三个方面揭示其形成机理,从信息生态促进低碳技术转移及扩散、知识管理、企业低碳转型路径三方面分析其发展路径;在应用层面,结合美国、加拿大和中国的低碳交通领域进行案例对比分析,结合中国的新能源汽车产业进行实证研究,运用仿真研究方法分析低碳产业技术链形成中的信息生态系统演进特征;在对策研究层面,结合中国低碳技术发展中的社会问题,提出绿色就业信息生态链构建、政府信息生态环境推进、社会信息生态体系构建的对策建议。本课题的研究有助于搭建低碳技术的信息传递渠道和共享平台,使中国在积累能力的过程中获得国际竞争力的比较优势,促进中国政府提出的"资源节约型、环境友好型社会"的建立。

英文摘要: Industry technology chain of the low carbon,in the direction of the green increasing, is becoming the important approch to cope with global climate chang and push the development of the low carbon technology in China.The project is beginned from the forming mechanism and developing path about Chinese industry technology chain of the low carbon in the view of information ecology.In the theory level, it will analyze the information ecology system, the innovation institution, the system unbalance of the information ecology, which can reveal the forming mechanism.Then, it will analyze the developing path, which will be included the technology transfer and diffusion, knowledge management, enterprise's transition path in low-carbon economic environments. In the application level, it will proceed relative research of the cases combine with America, Canada, and China in the area of low carbon traffic, and proceed empirical research combining with industry of the new energy vehicles, and analyze the developing features of information ecology system using the simulation methord. In the suggestion levels,it will propose some suggestions about the green employment through contructing chain of the information ecology, and pushing the information ecology enviroment in charge of the government, and the society system of inform
