中文摘要: 解决锂离子电池的安全性问题,研究高安全性电解质材料则是其中最为直接和关键的课题,复合聚合物电解质(CPE)是从电解液和隔膜协同的角度解决这一问题的途径之一。但填料在CPE中的作用机制并不明确。本课题拟以二氧化硅做为填料的目标材料,从形貌、结构、成分等角度设计并合成功能化的二氧化硅填料,构筑不同的填料/聚合物界面,研究填料在CPE中的作用机制,具体研究:(一) 形貌明确的(Well defined)填料与CPE的性能及作用机制,研究不同形貌的填料在CPE中的作用机制,建立填料微观形貌与CPE宏观性能的“构效关系”; (二) 结构优化的有机/无机复合功能化填料与CPE的性能及作用机制,确认填料表面状态对CPE性能的影响机理; (三) 成分功能化的填料与CPE的性能,通过引入具有电化学活性的官能团,获得具有复合功能的CPE体系。

英文摘要: Rapidly growing demand for high energy-density and high power-density lithium-ion batteries has motivated researchers to focus on the accompanying battery safety failures. In particular, from the viewpoint of suppressing internal short-circuit problem, a separator in a lithium-ion battery is considered a critical component to secure battery safety.This project is focused on the SiO2 based polyolefin ceramic separators, which includes 3 parts: (1) Research on the relationship between the morphology of the ceramic and the performance of the separators, to make sure the mechanism of the structure and the interface act on the thermal stability and electrochemical properties. (2) Building one to three dimensional organic/inorganic composite ceramic structures to improve the performance of the ceramic separators. (3) Research on the functional SiO2 ceramic preparation and their effect on the performance of the separators. To enlarge the research contents of ceramic separators by introducing the electron-lacking group B-O and silane flame retardant group into/onto Si-O framework or surface and gain some functional ceramic separators.
