中文摘要: 本项目拟通过建立行星齿轮传动系统动态全耦合模型,准确快速获得系统的动态特性,为降低传动系统振动与噪声提供理论指导和工程参考。采用集中参数法建立行星齿轮传动系统的动力学分析模型,时变啮合刚度采用有限元法-接触理论计算以提高效率,在齿轮-轴承耦合传动系统动力学模型中引入齿侧间隙、制造以及安装误差等因素。采用多参数最小二乘复频率识别法与数据模糊聚类获得环境激励下结构系统的模态参数,根据频率、振型以及模态置信度判断有限元模型与实验模型的相关性,基于遗传算法迭代优化获得结构系统的有限元模型。最后,将传动轴、齿轮轴承传动系统以及箱体结构系统采用动态子结构方法实现行星齿轮系统的全耦合。基于该耦合模型,不断变化系统设计参数,获取这些参数对整个耦合系统振动特性的影响,绘制出设计参数对系统振动的影响图谱。从而实现行星齿轮传动整体系统动力学模型"分析-模拟-精化-再模拟"的循环优化。

英文摘要: A dynamic sub-structure coupling model of planetary gear trains(PGT) will be built in this project, which will precisely and rapidly obtain the dynamic charateristics of the system. The research will provide theoretical guidances and enginnering references to the reduce of vibration and noise of the driving system. Firstly, the dynamic model of PGT will be established using lumped parameter method. In order to acquire higher efficiency, the time-varing mesh stiffness will be computed according to the Finite Element Method and contact model. Futhermore, tooth backlash, manufacturing and mounting errors will be considered in the gear-bearing couping dynamic model. Secondly, the modal parameters of the sturctures will be derived by combining the poly-reference least-squres complex frequency-domain estimation method and fuzzy clustering theory. The correlation between the finite element model and the experiment model will be estimated by combining frequency, mode shape and the Modal Assurance Criterion of the system. And the updated FE model could be aquired by the Genetic Algorithm. At last, the coupling dynamic model will be constructed with dynamic sub-structure method.
