中文摘要: 随着城市交通拥挤的加剧,专用道成为提高地面公交运行品质的重要保障,也是快速公交(BRT)建设的必要条件。本项目引入在高品质公共交通服务中不可忽视的平稳性参数(反映加减速与停车/启动过程),与运行效率和可靠性共同组成三参数运行服务水平评价体系。基于信息环境下专用道系统运行过程信息,通过现场观测、模型解析和仿真实验的方法,研究动态客流、信号控制、调度管理及驾驶行为等动态影响因素的作用机理,揭示三参数运行服务水平的状态演变规律,面向乘客需求和运营管理条件建立运行服务水平状态模型和划分标准。依据各级运行服务水平的适用性和动态影响因素的敏感性,进而研究面向路段过程速度、驻站时间、交叉口延误三个环节的组合优化管理与控制策略。研究成果对于拓展和完善公共交通系统规划与管理基础理论方法,充分发挥专用道系统服务效能,增强城市公共交通的竞争力具有重要意义。

英文摘要: With intensifying of urban congestion,dedicated lane becomes important guarentee of service quality for ground bus running, which also essential condition to BRT(Bus Rapid Transit).This program employs stability parameter,which is essential to bus service quality of high level, to construct 3-parameter bus running evaluation system together with velocity and reliability parameters.Based on running process information from dedicated lane in information environment, impact mechanism of dynamic factors(passenger flow,signal control,dispatch management and driver behavior)would be studied through site survey,model analysis and simulation to reveal changing patterns of 3-parameter running LOS(Level of Service),then construct state model and classification rules for running LOS according to passenger demands and operation conditions.Considering suitability of different types of LOS and sensitivity of dynamic impact factors, to further study integration optimization control strategies facing 3-elements of link speed,station parking and intersection delay.This program would improve theory systems and methodologies to bus planning,operation and managemen,enhance LOS of bus lane and make public transportation more attractive.
