中文摘要: 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是妇科常见病,胰岛素抵抗与血管内皮损伤是重要的病理环节,这与中医痰瘀互结病机相通。IRS-1-PI3K/AKT与NF-κB 串流失控介导胰岛素抵抗与血管内皮功能受损。本研究从IRS-1-PI3K/AKT介导PCOS胰岛素抵抗与NF-κB介导血管内皮损伤及两者串流失控在PCOS发生发展中的关键环节探讨PCOS的病理生理机制,运用Western Blot法检测PCOS模型大鼠组织NF-κB P65、IRS-1、IKK、AKT、 PI3K 蛋白;ELISA 检测血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-18、IL-6、ICAM-1、PAI-1的变化,探讨化痰通脉饮对PCOS的调节效应,佐证PCOS中医的痰瘀相关机理,为中医药痰瘀同治治疗PCOS提供客观依据。

英文摘要: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common gynecological diseases, insulin resistance is an important endocrine characteristics. Impaired endothelial function and insulin resistance are important aspects of the pathology .Chronic low-grade inflammation is a bridge connecting the two.IRS-1-PI3K/AKT and NF- κ B cross talk mediated resistance and vascular endothelial function impaired insulin.We will study the pathophysiological mechanism of PCOS by the key link that NF- κ B and IRS-1-PI3K/AKT's cross talk out of control and cause vascular endothelial injury and insulin resistance ,to test NF- κ B P65、IRS-1、 IKK、 AKT、 PI3K protein of rat PCOS model by Western Blot; test CRP、 TNF- α、 IL-1 β、 IL-18、 IL-6、 ICAM-1、 PAI-1 by ELISA, explore the prescription of Huatantongmai treatment effect on PCOS, to evidence that The cemente of Phlegm and blood stasisis the traditional Chinese Medicine pathogeny of PCOS and provide an objective basis for the treatment of PCOS to the principle of The treatment both phlegm and blood stasis.
