中文摘要: 以"公益性"为属性的公立医院是卫生服务的主要提供者,在医疗卫生体制改革中,"回归公益性"是公立医院改革的重要目标,也是理论研究者与实践管理者必须回应的改革命题。目前的公立医院公益性回归之路还存在着种种难以破解的困局,而从多个角度借助于不同理论工具来改善医院公益性是破除改革迷思的备选路径。公立医院组织内部医务人员之间的社会网络状况是影响组织公益性的重要因素之一,本研究将从公立医院医务人员的社会关系网络着手,利用社会网络分析为工具分析医务人员自我中心网和整体网的特征,并对医务人员社会网络特征与公立医院组织公益性的核心维度--质量、效率、公平与可及性、适宜性等进行了相关性分析,讨论社会网络分析工具在改善医院服务公益性过程中的适用性与具体应用策略,以图明确公立医院组织中医务人员的社会网络影响组织公益性的相关路径,进而以人力资源优化配置角度为公立医院改善其公益性提供新思路与新工具。

英文摘要: Public hospitals, which take social responsibility as the attribute of the organization, are the main provider of health services. In the reform of health system, "to restore social responsibility" had been validated as an important target of the reform, and it is also the reform topic that researchers and managers must respond to. There are many difficulties in restoring the social responsibility of public hospitals and it need to be solved by using different theoretical tools to overcome the problems when improving social responsibility of public hospital. The feature of social network of medical staff is an important factor which affects the social responsibility of organization. This study will analyze the relationship between features of social network of medical staff and the core dimensions of social responsibility by using social network analysis. The social network of medical stuff can be divided into ego-centered network and whole network, and the core dimensions of social responsibility referred to quality, efficiency,accessibility and equitable,and appropriateness. The researcher will discuss the applicability and application strategy of social network analysis in improving the social responsibility of public hospital, and explore the mechanism of action behind the effect of features of social netw
