中文摘要: 重油及生物油共催化裂化可将生物油转化为无氧碳氢化合物燃料,是很具潜力的生物液体燃料制备路线。但由于重油与生物油均极为复杂且在反应中存在强相互作用,共裂化过程的一系列基础科学问题如生物碳在产品中分布、反应中重油和生物油相互影响机制及裂化动力学等仍不清晰。基于重油与生物油在碳14同位素含量上的明显区别,本项目提出了以碳14同位素作为内源示踪剂,跟踪生物油在共催化裂化反应中的反应过程,实现生物油与重油裂化反应解耦的创新学术思路。项目将系统研究不同条件下重油/生物油共催化裂化行为,利用碳14同位素标记生物油转化过程及产物分布,阐明生物基碳在产品中的分布规律,构建共催化裂化过程中生物油、重油裂化动力学模型,获得动力学参数,最终从宏观(反应行为)、微观(反应动力学)等不同尺度上揭示共裂化过程中重油及生物油的相互影响机制。本项目研究将为重油/生物油共催化裂化过程的进一步优化设计提供坚实的理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: Co-processing of heavy oil and bio-oil in fluid catalytic cracking process can produce oxygen free hydrocarbon fuel, is a promising bio-fuel production option. However, due to the extreme complexity and strong interaction of heavy oil and bio-oil, key scientific fundamental problems of the co-catalytic cracking process such as the bio-oil cracking pathway and the distribution of bio-carbon in the final product, the influence and its mechanism between heavy oil and bio-oil co-catalytic cracking, the cracking kinetic of heavy oil and bio-oil remain unclear. Based on the obviously difference of 14C content in biomass and fossil fuel, it was proposed to use the 14C as internal label to monitor the bio-oil reaction in the co-catalytic cracking process, thus realize the decoupling of heavy oil and bio-oil catalytic cracking in this proposal. The project will detailed investigate the reaction behavior of heavy oil and bio-oil in co-catalytic cracking under difference conditions (heavy oil/bio-oil ratio, Cat/oil ratio, retention time), monitor the bio-oil reaction process and the distribution of bio-carbon in product by 14C analysis, develop the lumping kinetic model of heavy oil and bio-oil catalytic cracking based on the reaction and isotope labeling results.
