中文摘要: 本项目拟采用多尺度模型与方法,即微观尺度的物理解析法、细观尺度的双组元单胞模型及宏观尺度的双组元整体结构模型,考虑纺织陶瓷基复合材料(CMCs)应变损伤引起的材料非线性,考虑纤维束不规则分布的影响,以一种C/C-SiC平纹复合材料为具体对象,探索①纺织CMCs材料的力学、热传导及热力耦合行为;②应变损伤对纺织CMCs材料热-力学行为的影响;③纺织CMCs开孔件和圆管结构的力学、热传导及热力耦合行为;④纤维束不规则分布对纺织CMCs开孔件和圆管结构热-力学行为的影响。开展常温和高温(1300 C)下狗骨与开孔试件单向拉伸试验,结合已有试验数据,对模型预测结果进行验证。研究工作将为分析纺织CMCs结构提供高效计算方法,对揭示纺织CMCs材料与结构热-力学行,对阐明纤维束不规则分布的影响规律有重要意义,研究结果可为合理设计纺织CMCs结构提供科学依据。

英文摘要: This proposal employs a multi-scale modelling technique, i.e. the physical model at the micro-scale, the Binary Model of a unit cell at the meso-scale, and the Binary Model of an integrated structure at the macro-scale, to investigate the thermal-mechanical behaviour of textile ceramic matrix composites (CMCs). The nonlinear material properties caused by strain-induced damage and the effects of irregular waviness of fibre tows are considered. A carbon fibre/carbon-SiC matrix (C/C-SiC) plain weave composite is chosen to study ① the mechaical, heat transfer, and themal-mechanical coupling behaviour of textile CMCs materials; ② the effects of stain-induced damage on the textile CMCs material's themral-mechaical behaviour; ③ the mechaical, heat transfer, and themal-mechanical coupling behaviour of textile CMCs open-hole coupons and circular tubes; ④ and the effects of irregular tow waviness on the themral-mechanical behaviour of textile CMCs open-hole coupons and circular tubes. Tension tests of dog-bone specimens and open-hole coupons will be carried out under ambient and high temperatures (1300 C). The theoretical prediction is to be validated by the new experimental data and those obtained from a previous test.
