中文摘要: 强磁场下合成材料可获得其它常规方法难以获得的材料微结构与性能。我们前期低磁场(<1T)烧结BiFeO3(BFO)前驱薄膜的研究观察到,磁场烧结可以有效调控BFO薄膜的微结构及漏电流等性能。本项目将在前期工作基础上,采用化学溶液法制备BFO基薄膜,通过在强磁场(1-10T)下对未晶化和已晶化薄膜的烧结,实现对薄膜形核和长大以及漏电流的调控。拟选取BFO、Bi1-xGdxFeO3、BiFe1-xMnxO3及第二相Sm2O3掺杂的BFO薄膜为研究对象,研究强磁场烧结时,磁场强度、方向等参数对上述薄膜微结构和漏电特性的影响。通过IV测试、拟合漏电流曲线,并结合磁性、铁电性能、磁介电等性能测试结果,建立强磁场烧结-掺杂-微结构-漏电流特性等的关联;揭示强磁场烧结对漏电流特性进而对磁、电性能的影响机制,为提高BFO基薄膜的磁电性能提供实验和理论依据。

英文摘要: A novel structure and properties can be obtained with preparing materials in a high magnetic field, comparing with the normal synthesis methods. We have investigated the magnetic annealing effects on properties of the BiFeO3 thin films derived by chemical solution deposition (CSD) method within normal magnetic filed (0-1T). From the results, it can be found that magnetic annealing can improve the qualities of the microstructure and enhanced leakage of the films. Based on such works, the CSD derived precursor and crystallized BFO thin films will be annealing and reannealing in the different high magnetic fields, respectively. From the analyses in changes of the grain size and microstructures, the effects of the high magnetic annealing on the grain growth and nucleation will be investigated. Based on the measured and fitting results of the IV curves, and the dielectric, magnetic ferroelectric and multiferroic properties, the high magnetic annealing effects on the microstructure and leakage of the Gd, Mn and Sm2O3 doped BFO thin films prepared by CSD method will be carried out. Finally, the connections between the high magnetic annealing, microstructures and leakage properties of the BFO-based films will be molded.
