中文摘要: 本项目围绕传感机理及制备技术,开展全固化混合电势型NOx传感器的应用基础研究。通过传感器传感机理分析和探索,建立传感器各种响应模式和测量理论;在制备技术上采用可快速致密烧结的放电等离子烧结(SPS)法,探索一种新型有效的电解质YSZ/氧化物敏感电极共烧结制备技术;以NOx传感器研究为导向,设计三电极平板式传感器结构,综合评价其主要指标和综合指标,完成材料的选择和设计以及制备技术工艺的优化。相关工作将揭示混合电势型NOx传感器传感机理,探索和完善新型有效的敏感电极制备技术,进而开发高品位电解质及敏感电极材料,实现车用NOx传感器的性能突破和加快产业化应用,具有显著的科学意义和重要的应用价值。

英文摘要: This project is focused on the basic research of the sensing mechanism and preparation method of solid-state mixed-potential type NOx sensor Through the analysis and exploration on the sensing mechanism, we will establish different response patterns and measurement theories of the sensor. we plan to explore a new and effective sintering technology to realize the co-sintering of the electrolyte YSZ and oxide sensing electrode using the spark plasma sintering (SPS) preparing method.Based on the study of the NOx sensor, we will accomplish the design of a three-electrode plate sensor structure, evaluate the comprehensive indexes of this new structure sensor, and finally complete the materials choice and preparing method optimizaiton.This work is aimed to reveal the sensing mechanism of mixed-potential-type NOx sensor, explore and improve the new preparation technology of sensing electrode, and then to develop high-grade electrolyte and sensing electrode materials.The research results hold great promise in the performance improvement and industrial applications of car-use NOx sensor, which has both remarkable scientific significance and application value.
