中文摘要: 灵敏的化学或生物传感器可用于早期环境污染的及时检测,有助于及早的发现问题和及时的治理问题,将对我国的环境保护起到事半功倍的作用。本项目结合高分子性能的多样性和灵活性与石英晶体微天平仪的高灵敏性,拟设计和制备基于石英晶体微天平和功能高分子薄膜的化学传感器;主要针对环境中痕量二噁英及二噁英前驱体和水中的微量有机胺,开发出能分别对这些污染物具有专一响应性的功能高分子薄膜,并以石英晶体微天平为载体制备新型化学传感器,系统研究高分子薄膜涂层与目标检测物间的相互作用机理,得到最优化的传感器涂层,实现对二噁英、二噁英前驱体和水中微量有机胺的高灵敏检测;同时尝试将石英晶体微天平仪微型化,开发出便携式化学传感器。

英文摘要: Sensitive chemical- or bio-sensors can be used to effectively and early detect the environmental pollution, which is helpful for finding and resolving the environmental problems and hence has significant impacts on the environmental protection of our country. In this project, the high sensitivity of quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) and the diverse and versatile functionality of polymer thin film shall be combined to design and fabricate new chemical sensing device, which will be mainly applied in the detection of trace doxin and doxin-derivatives in the environments, or the trace organic amine in aqueous media. Functional polymer thin films, which possess unique sensitivity to the target pollutes, will be prepared. The interaction mechanism of the polymer thin films and the target pollutes will be systematically investigated by using QCM. The polymer thin films with optimal property shall be obtained, which will be used as sensing layers for the highly sensitive detection of trace doxin, trace doxin-derivatives, and trace organic amine, respectively. At the same time, efforts will be also paid to minimize the QCM and design portable chemical sensing device.
