中文摘要: 为提高导航、制导与引信等武器系统的探测灵敏度、抗干扰性及微小型化,本课题基于非晶丝材料的激励特性和巨磁阻抗效应开展了新型微磁物理场探测技术基础性研究。通过研究非晶丝微磁传感器的基本传输特性、频率特性,重点探索了基于非晶丝传感元件的高灵敏度微磁物理场探测技术及电路实现途径。分别围绕①#38750;晶丝电磁效应的理论分析与数理建模;②#38750;晶丝微磁传感器电路设计与特性研究;③#38750;晶丝巨磁阻抗效应磁探测电路研究与设计;④#24494;磁探测电路对铁磁目标的目标特性与识别等技术理论问题开展了系统深入的研究。依据边界电流模型和磁畴模型,建立了3种不同频率范围内的GMI效应理论模型,并对GMI效应影响因素进行了理论分析;设计了基于非对称巨磁阻抗的非晶丝传感器电路及线性度好,精度高、频响快的AGMI铁磁目标探测电路;通过对铁棒及运动小汽车的目标特性测试,验证了本项目电路设计的有效可行性。本项研究将为把非晶丝微磁探测器应用于导航、制导及引信等武器系统提供有效的理论与技术支撑。

英文摘要: To improve the sensitivity, anti-interference and microminiaturization of navigation and guidance system, this project focused on a novel detective technology of micro-magnetic field based on Giant Magneto-Impedance (GMI) effect and excitation property of amorphous wire. Through researching on frequency characteristic and input-output characteristics, this project principally probed into the high sensitivity micro-magnetic-field detecting technology and circuit implementation by using amorphous wire micro-magnetic sensors. The following objectives were investigated and analyzed systematically: analysis and modeling of electromagnetic effect in amorphous wire, circuit design and characteristics study of amorphous wire micro magnetic sensors, research and design of magnetic detecting circuit based on GMI effect, analysis of ferromagnetic target characteristics got by micro-magnetic detecting circuit and target recognition technology. According to boundary current and magnetic domain, 3 theory models of GMI effect were constructed corresponding to each frequency range. The amorphous wire sensors circuit based on AGMI effect and ferromagnetic target detection circuit with excellent linearity, high accuracy and fast frequency response were designed. Target characteristics testing of iron bars and locomotive cars verified the practicality of the circuit in the project. This scheme provided effective theory and technology support for applications of amorphous sensors in navigation, guidance and fuze systemse.
