中文摘要: 日趋激烈的市场竞争环境使得工业界迫切需要改进产品质量、降低生产成本和能耗水平、提高生产效率和经济效益,本项目以此出发面向难以建模的复杂工业过程开展运行优化控制方法研究。工业装置通常处于运动状态和恶劣环境中,不易布置有线网络,本项目拟在工业运行控制中引入当今迅猛发展的无线传感器网络技术,进而研究设备网、以太网和无线传感器网络共存情况下运行闭环反馈控制策略。通过研究混合网络环境下工业系统数据的传输机理和相应的数据预测与补偿方案,提出工业过程运行控制系统的总体结构,结合整体系统稳定性等综合性能指标要求设计运行指标优化控制方法,从而实现基于无线传感器网络的工业过程运行优化控制,并结合浮选过程,搭建半实物仿真实验平台,验证与改进提出的结构和方法。本项申请将为混合网络环境下工业过程运行控制提供新的结构框架与理论方法,并在复杂工业过程全流程优化控制中具有应用推广价值。

英文摘要: The increasingly fierce competition enforces industry to improve product quality and efficiency as well as reduce cost and pollution. This project aims at the operational control method on complex industrial processes, especially for which are hard to establish mathematical models. Industrial equipments are usually in the state of motion, therefore the traditional wired networks are hard to be laid out. The emerging technology of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) appears to be a good solution, however, is accompanied with the issues of packet dropout and network induced delays. Firstly, the above issues and the according approach of data prediction and compensation will be both studied as the basis of the project. Then, a new double-layer structure of hybrid network-based feedback control for optimal operation of industrial processes will be designed, as well as the control strategy. Finally, a WSN-integrated semi-physical simulation platform based on flotation process will be constructed to validate and improve the proposed control structure and strategy. This project will provide a novel structural framework and theoretical method for operational control of industrial processes, which will be effectively extended to optimal control for plant-wide production processes.
