中文摘要: 文语转换技术旨在解决用计算机把文本信息转化为清晰、自然语音的过程,涉及语音学、数字信号处理和计算机科学等多学科技术,是信息处理领域的前沿技术,有着广泛的应用前景。 九十年代初,法语、德语、英语、日语等语种的文语转换系统已研制成功,从八十年代初汉语文语转换技术与国际研究同步发展,近年来得到了飞速发展,研制出了高水准的汉语文语转换系统。藏语文语转换技术研究刚刚起步,在国家的大力支持下取得了很多相关成果。语料库规模日趋增大,藏文分词、标注及字词频度统计技术不断成熟,为藏语文转换技术研究奠定了坚实的基础,也使其研究变为可能。为全面准确地研究藏语文语转换技术,本项目拟解决四个方面的问题:一是建立藏文字、词频度统计表,并抽取特殊藏语短语及句子;二是分析藏语语音特征,总结出全面、完整、能够机处理的藏语音素拼读规则;三是建立藏语语音库;四是研究藏语文语转换技术,设计并实现藏语音素拼读法的文语转换系统。

英文摘要: Text to speech technology (TTS) is designed to convert electronic text information into clear and natural voice, it's involving many technologies, such as Phonetics, digital signal processing and computer science. Text to speech is the frontier technology in the field of information processing, and it has broad prospects of application. In the early 90's,French, German, English, and Japanese's text to speech system have been successfully developed, since 80's the development of Chinese text to speech technology has kept pace with international research, and its has a rapid development in recent years.Research on text to speech of Tibetan technology has just started, but under the strong support of our country, it has made a lot of relevant results. The scale of language materials corpus increasingly growing, and the Tibetan word segmentation, tagging and word frequency statistics technologies continually maturing, these achievements lay a solid foundation for research on Tibetan text to speech technology.In order to research fully and accurately text to speech of Tibetan technology, this project is intending a solution for four problems: firstly, establish Tibetan characters and words frequency table, extraction special Tibetan phrases and sentences; secondly, analyze Tibetan voice features, sum up the complete
