中文摘要: 对于核壳结构乳胶粒子,核壳间过渡层对正相和反相粒子的结构和性能都会产生非常大的影响,对过渡相的结构演化规律、受控因素和在线控制方法的研究对指导高性能乳液的合成具有重要的现实意义。本项目采用近红外光谱分析技术,实现在线快速判定乳胶粒子的正相和反相核壳结构,并对核壳结构乳胶粒子的核层、壳层和核壳间过渡相厚度等结构信息进行快速检测,获得粒子结构随反应时间的连续变化的数据。研究过渡相结构在合成过程中的结构演化机理和反应参数对演化过程的影响机制。根据核壳结构乳胶粒子的结构演化规律,并结合近红外光在线检测所获得的体系瞬时性质参数,研究反应过程中在线控制乳胶粒子核壳结构的方法,实现合成过程中乳胶粒子结构的可控化。

英文摘要: The structure of interfacial phase between core and shell layers is an important factor to determine the structure and property of normal and anti core/shell latex particles. The investigation on structural evolution, affected factor, and on-line control technique of the interfacial phase is very significant to direct the synthesis process of latex with high performance. In this program, by using near infrared spectroscopy, the method to estimate the normal or anti core/shell structure for latex particle will be studied. Moreover, the thickness of core layer, shell layer, and interfacial phase will be on-line determined, so as to obtain continues structural information as a function of reaction time. Based on the analysis the continuous structural information, the structural development of interfacial phase and affected factor will be investigated. Besides, depending on the instantaneous performance of reaction system, the method for control of latex particle structure will be studied by the adjustment of reaction parameters. Finally, the core/shell structure of latex particle with interfacial layer will be able to on-line control during synthesis process.
