Convergent evidences have demonstrated that the default mode network (DMN) partially overlapped and intensely interated with the network of emotion and memory. Thus, default mode network may be a vital breakthrough point for studying the emotion and memory network. However, the genetic mechanisms of DMN and its relationships with emotion and memory network keep unclear. The current project will focus on the three key scienctific questions: (1) What is the anatomical bases of DMN functional connectivity?(2)How to investigate the interactions between DMN and emotion and memory network?(3) How the emotion and memory related genes modulate the DMN and the modualtion relationships keep stable?. By introducing the DMN as the intermediate phenotypes, this project attempt to investigate the key genes of emotion and memory affact the DMN anatomical connectivity and functional connectivity, and also the interations with emotion and memory networks. By the new study strategy of DMN imaging genetics based on multimodal imaging data, this project can integrate multi-level information, may illucidate the mechanisms of emotion and memory networks from a new perspective.
