中文摘要: 人脑扣带皮层解剖与功能复杂,现有影像学图谱对该结构亚区的界定粗糙、混乱,甚至存在明显错误。课题组前期研究证明扣带皮层4区7亚区模型中每个扣带亚区的功能连接模式明显不同,本研究在此基础上,根据扣带皮层各亚区的解剖连接和功能连接的不同,联合应用扩散张量成像和静息态功能磁共振成像,采用聚类的方法对扣带皮层进行亚区划分。并综合运用多种手段对亚区划分结果进行验证,进而建立正常成人扣带皮层亚区概率图谱。该研究意义在于:提高脑成像研究中涉及扣带皮层的病灶、激活、靶点及差异区定位的准确性;为各种假设驱动的研究中准确提取每个扣带亚区提供标准化图谱;增进人们对人脑扣带皮层解剖、功能及连接特性的认识;为建立更为准确、细致的全脑概率图谱奠定基础。

英文摘要: The cingulate cortex of human brain is very complex in anatomy and function,and the boundary of subregions of cingulate cortex in current imaging atlas is asper,complicated,and even wrong apparently. In our early study, we found that This project is associated diffusion tensor imaging with resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging data, according to differences in the anatomical connections and functional connectivity of the subdivisions in cingule, and we use clustering method to define the subdivision. And the comprehensive use of a variety of means to subareas dividing results were verified, and to establish the subregions probabilistic atlas in normal adult cingulate cortex.The atlas invests the differences in human cingulate cortex in each sub-region anatomy, function and connectivity among the mapping of different gender, age, in-depth study of handedness and the capacity to act. The research significance lies in: increasing brain imaging studies involving the cingulate cortex lesions, activation, and differences in target localization accuracy; accurately extracting each cingulate subregion to provide standardized atlas for a variety of hypothesis-driven research; increasing awareness of human cingulate cortex anatomy, function and connection properties for understanding; laying the foundation o
