中文摘要: 快速城市化使我国城市声环境面临严重挑战。为了及时、全面的掌握城市声环境质量,环境部门加强了监管,但却增加了成本。声景观的研究为积极主动的改善声环境带来了新思路,但目前的研究尺度较小,且缺乏对声景观时空特征和整体评价模型的研究。手机等移动设备性能的不断提高,以及网络覆盖范围的扩大,增强了公众获取和分享周边环境信息的能力。本项目借助网络和移动计算技术,通过智能手机和公众,发展城市声景观参与式感知研究方法。在公众的广泛参与下,对典型城市和大范围城市大尺度抽样,来获取参与者身边的声景观相关数据,如声要素、空间要素、气象要素、主观评价要素、参与者个体特征、时间要素和其他辅助要素,采用统计学方法分析不同城市空间类型的声景观时空特征,基于人工神经网络发展适合于城市声景观整体评价模型,提出城市声景观优化策略,为城市声环境的监测、评价和管理提供技术支持和理论。

英文摘要: Rapid urbanization poses a challenge to China's urban acoustic environment. To achieve timely and comprehensive understanding of urban acoustic environment quality, the Department of Environmental Protection is strengthening supervision, but this results in a sharp increase of monitoring costs. Soundscape research provides proactive solutions for the improvement of the acoustic environment, but current research is mainly carried out at small scales, and the temporal-spatial characteristics and soundscape evaluation models are limited. The improved performance of mobile devices, e.g. mobile phones, and enlarged network coverage enhances the public's ability to gather and share environment information. This proposal plans to develop participatory sensing for urban soundscape research using smart phones. Using network and mobile computing technologies, the public will collect soundscape data including sound spatial and meteorological elements, as well as subjective evaluations, and information on participants' demographics, time and accessories in a typical city and many other cities.
