中文摘要: 建筑环境影响评价是改善生态环境危机的重要手段,是当前可持续发展的研究热点之一。目前广泛使用的环境影响评价方法代价高昂,且仅能从建筑生态学的角度给出局部或简化的评价结果,无法充分利用海量、高维、异构的建筑环评数据。本项目针对建筑环评数据的新特点,开展基于数据驱动的建筑环境影响评价模型及关键问题研究,填补目前建筑环评中尚无自动、高效、全面的评估方法的空白。主要研究内容包括:针对建筑属性数据的高维性和复杂性开展多层次代价敏感特征选择研究,发现影响环境的主要建筑材料;在此基础上,设计异构社区发现和可移植半监督聚类集成算法,约减评估规模,将单个建筑环评推演至大规模建筑群评估;针对建筑基础数据来源的多样性和异构性,设计多重异构聚类算法,解决绿色建筑设计中可替代材料选择的难题。本项目的研究成果,有助于解决大数据环境下建筑环评面临的若干难题,并丰富现有的数据挖掘方法。

英文摘要: Building Environmental impact assessment is an important way to improve ecological environment crisis and a research focus in building sustainable development. However applying the commonly used environment impact assessment method in building industry is expensive and time consuming. This is due to the complexity of building structure along with a large amount of high-dimensional heterogeneous building data. This project analyzes the characteristic of building data and researches the data-driven solutions to address the key problems of the building environment assessment and redesign..The research merits of this project include: a new cost-sensitive feature selection method and a new conditional correlation feature selection method are proposed based on the practical demand and construction mechanism to perform a ‘hotspot’ assessment analysis; the existing community discovery techniques are extended by simultaneously making use of the contextual information of the objects and the underlying relationship information to generate more meaningful communities; a unified framework for solving constraint-based clustering ensemble selection problem is proposed to extend the environmental impact assessment range from the project level to the regional level; a multiple disparate clustering method is proposed to determine design alternatives in sustainable buildings design. The success of this project will enrich the existing data mining methods and help solve the relevant problems in sustainable building development.
