中文摘要: 比较强的稳恒磁场可能对基因表达、离子输运、细胞极化和离子通道活性等方面产生作用。本项目利用全自动膜片钳技术从实验角度研究工频电磁场对神经元放电模式和心脏节律影响;基于长期暴露在磁场下生物体的核磁共振成像和多导心电图数据,利用非线性科学理论方法从脑神经元,心肌细胞电活动模式迁移和心跳节律来研究外磁场对细胞正常生理活动影响.研究内容包括: 1)稳恒和时变磁场下细胞内离子输运对神经元放电模式影响; 2)磁场对心脏节律的影响;3)磁场分布对不同拓扑结构的神经元网络群体放电行为影响;4)涡旋场中双室模型生物电信号行波传播特性. 课题的研究结果将在细胞层次和血液循环动力学方面揭示外界磁场对细胞产生的生物效应,如神经性功能疾病诱发机制和心率变异等,为临床预防相关神经性疾病和心律不齐等提供有用信息。该项目研究的内容属于物理学、生物学和非线性科学交叉学科课题。

英文摘要: It is confirmed that a strong static magnetic field may affect the gene expression ,the ion transport, depolarization of cell occurs. This project will investigate the effect of power frequency electromagnetic field on the electric activity mode of neuron and heart rhythm in experimental way by using automated patch clamp technique.Based on the data from magnatic resonance imaging and multilead electrocardiogram for normal organism exposed to external magnet field in long time,nonlinear science theory and schemes are used to measure the effect of external magnet field on the normal physical activity of cells by analyzing the transition of electric acitvity mode and cardiac rhythm.The research contents are: 1)The effect of ion transport in cell on the discharge mode of neuron in the presence of static and/or time-varying magnetic field; 2)The effect of magnet field on the heart rhythm; 3)The effect of distribution of magnet field on the electric activities of neurons in the networks with different topologies; 4)The prperties of travelling wave of bioelectricity signal in the bidomain model in vortex field.
