中文摘要: 异质性智力资源是形成企业创新能力的主导性来源,作为智力资源的载体- - 人,在知识转移、转译和转化活动中所表现出的能力,受其心理和社会因素以及组织结构的影响,探索个体行为与组织结构的协同演化规律,是知识传播动力学的重要研究主题。 本项目以非正式知识组织为研究对象,研究由异质性个体构成的人际知识网络的生成机理,以及与知识传播行为的协同演化机制。具体内容包括:1)异质型人际知识网络的结点模型与关系模型,2)异质型人际知识网络中的个体行为,3)异质型人际知识网络生成与知识传播的协同演化,4)异质型人际知识网络的结构与组织创造力的关系。最终获得异质型人际知识网络生成与演化模型,并通过基于Agent的仿真方法和知识可视化技术揭示网络生成与演化过程中的微观机理。 此研究旨在为知识传播问题提供新的研究视角和方法,为组织建立有效的知识传播途径提供理论依据,对组织提升创造力,实施创新绩效管理具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Heterogeneous intellectual resources are the key to form the organizational creativity. Individuals as the carriers of intellectual resources show various capacities in activities of knowledge transfer, knowledge description, and knowledge creation, which are seriously influenced by mental and social factors as well as the structure of organization. Now research on co-evolution between individual's behavior and the structure of organization has been becoming one important topic in the field of knowledge transfer dynamics. Based on the informal knowledge organization, this project aims to study the generation mechanism of interpersonal knowledge network composed by heterogeneous individuals, and the co-evolution mechanism between knowledge transfer behavior and such a network. The contents of the proposal include: 1) Modeling nodes and their relationships in heterogeneous interpersonal knowledge network (HIKN). 2) Researching the individual's behaviors in HIKN. 3) Mining the co-evolution mechanism between the generation of HIKN and knowledge transfer. 4) Revealing the relationships between the structure of HIKN and the organizational creativity. As a result, the generation and co-evolution model of HIKN can be constructed, for which the micro-mechanism can be exposed by using the agent-based simulation method and
