中文摘要: 车身耐撞性设计是具有多重非线性的复杂的工程优化问题,本项目针对车身耐撞性的特点,拟建立一种基于空间映射布点模式的自组织代理模型构造的优化方法。本方法的主要特点在于:考虑车身耐撞性设计中参数类型的多样性,通过参数空间研究方法将连续、离散和逻辑三种类型的设计变量统一于同一设计空间;考虑耐撞性问题的时序性,拟建立更为完善的基于时间历程的动态目标函数;考虑耐撞性仿真的不确定性,将模型的结构稳定性作为建模的首要准则,结合空间映射方法,在弱化严格收敛的条件的同时,保证布点的准确性和收敛性;考虑耐撞性问题的高维非线性,为了降低建模的复杂度,选择具有自组织特性的数据处理分组方法作为基本框架,采用多种模型集合的方式确定误差最大区域,提高模型的稳定性。本项目的研究内容是车身耐撞性优化设计的工程需求,如顺利完成,希望能提高代理模型优化方法的可用,可信和可扩展性,真正用于工程实践。

英文摘要: Because of the multiply nonlinearities of crashworthiness design, it is a complex problem in engineering optimization. According to the features of crashworthiness, the project proposes a space mapping sampling-based self-organized surrogate modeling method. The characteristics of the proposed strategy can be summarized as: continua, discrete and logic design variables are integrated in the same design space by using parameter system investigation (PSI) method by considering variety of design parameters in crashworthiness; a time-based dynamical objective function should be constructed by addressing the time related crashworthiness procedure; the structural stability of surrogate model should be the primary principle for modeling due to uncertainties and complexity of crashworthiness simulation. The space mapping is also integrated for generating samples by the relaxing convergence criterion; group method for data handling (GMDH) is used for constructing model due to its' self-organized characteristic. Moreover, to guarantee the reliability of the surrogate model, ensemble surrogate model method is used for finding the max error zone.
