中文摘要: 运用合适的核单拷贝、低拷贝基因序列和叶绿体基因间隔区或内含子序列全面重建金粟兰科这一早期被子植物类群的系统发育关系,探明以往在形态证据与分子证据之间,以及不同分子证据之间得出的Ascarina属和雪香兰属内系统发育关系矛盾的原因;在全面准确的系统发育框架下,重建金粟兰科植物的时空演化历史;基于以上研究结果并综合多学科证据,进一步阐明金粟兰科的分化模式和分化机理,并揭示促使类群分化和物种形成的各种生物和非生物因素。本研究将为如何解决系统发育重建中常见的基于不同证据间的相互矛盾的系统发育关系问题,如何从不一致的基因树中正确重建出物种间的演化关系提供范例,也为理解被子植物的起源和早期演化提供线索,以及为预测古老类群的演化规律和制定相应的保护策略提供参考。

英文摘要: Using candidate single-copy or low-copy nuclear genes and chloroplast intergenic or intron sequences to comprehensively reconstruct the phylogeny of Chloranthaceae and to explore the phylogenetic conflicts within genus Hedyosmum and Ascarina generated among previous studies based on different source of evidence; then reconstruct the spatiotemporal evolution of the family based on adequate sampling and robust phylogeny; and in the light of the combined evidence from mutiple disciplines and different studies, we finally try to disclose the diversification pattern of the family and clarify its mechanism as well as find out the associated underlying biotic and/or abiotic factors that could have spurred the diversification and speciation. The study will serve as an empirical case to show how to resolve the phylogenetic conflict usually generated between different source of evidence and how to draw the species "tree" from incongruent gene trees; it will also shed further light on the origin and early evolution of the angiosperms and act as a reference to prodict the evolving trends of the old lineages so that to properly design the necessary protection strategies.
