中文摘要: 作为西部落后地区的开发区,广西北部湾经济区的经济发展不可避免地伴生着资源消耗与环境破坏,如何突破这种后发重点开发区经济发展的资源环境限制,实现经济增长与资源环境脱钩是今后广西北部湾经济区实现转变经济发展方式和其科学发展进程中必须解决的重大科学问题。本项目以地学信息图谱、脱钩和可持续发展理论为基础,以图谱分析-互动效应分析-脱钩路径分析-可持续发展驱动机制分析-情景模拟-优化调控为主线,首先建立资源环境与经济发展信息图谱,揭示资源环境与经济发展的时空演变规律与互动效应;其次基于脱钩模型判定经济增长与资源环境的脱钩状态和时空变化过程,寻求经济增长与资源环境的脱钩路径;最后运用空间数据挖掘方法分析区域可持续发展状态,情景模拟区域可持续发展趋势,揭示区域可持续发展驱动机制,构建基于后发优势理论的区域可持续发展模型,为广西北部湾经济区优化调控和可持续发展积累科学依据。

英文摘要: As a development zone in backward western regions, the economic development of Guangxi Beibu gulf economic zone inevitably associated with resource consumption and environmental damage, how to break through resources and environment restriction of economic development in this late-developing key development zone, realize the decoupling of economic growth and resource environment is the important scientific problems which must be solved in the process of scientific development and transforming economic development mode for Guangxi Beibu gulf economic zone in the future. This project is based on the theories of geo-information Tupu, decoupling and sustainable development, following a common thread of Tupu analysis, interactive effect analysis, decoupling path analysis, sustainable development driving mechanism analysis, scenario simulation and optimization control. First of all, the information Tupu about resource environment and economic development is established to reveal the temporal and spatial evolution law and interactive effect between resource environment and economic development; Secondly, based on the decoupling model, the decoupling state and space-time change process of economic growth and resource environment is determined, seeking the decoupling path of economic growth and resource environment; Finally, using the spatial data mining methods, the regional sustainable development status is analyzed, regional sustainable development trend is simulated, the driving mechanism of regional sustainable development is revealed,and the sustainable development model based on the theory of late-development advantage is built, expecting to accumulate scientific basis for the optimization control and sustainable development in Guangxi Beibu gulf economic zone.
