中文摘要: 改进了p-q-r理论,在对电能质量控制技术及统一电能调节器的研究基础上,建立了双四象限变流器的统一数学模型;针对常规双四象限变流装置中,串、并联补偿器由于分开控制而导致的相互影响无法消除的问题,提出了将串、并联补偿器统一控制的协调控制策略,详细分析了协调控制的机理及其实现方法;针对直流电压波动造成控制效果不理想的问题,通过分析得出了在电源电压或负载电流不平衡时,为保证电源侧中线电流为零,直流侧两个电容电压波动不可避免的结论,提出了消除两个直流电容电压波动的解决方法;探讨了不平衡及非线性的特殊情况下,在p-q-r坐标中引入交流等效PI调节器来减少稳态误差的方法;提出了引入直流电压调节系数、交流等效PI调节器来减少串、并联补偿器的相互干扰,提高控制的精确性及稳定性的协调控制策略;详细分析了统一电能质量调节器的投入条件以及和串并联补偿器的投入顺序及其启动逻辑,分析了三种不同启动策略适用的控制策略;详细分析了UPQC的故障类型,对不同故障情况下的保护策略及开关切换方法进行了初步研究。设计并建立了统一电能质量调节器实验装置,进行了实验研究,仿真及实验结果验证了协调控制策略及不同启动策略的有效性。

英文摘要: Based on the improved p-q-r theory,control technology of power quality and early research on Unified Power Quality Contditioner(UPQC), the uniform mathematical model of dual- quadri -quadrant converter was set up. Aiming at the question that interaction of the series and shunt in the conventional dual-quadri-quadrant converter can not be eleminated for the individual control strategy proposed in it,a coordinated-control strategy based on the uniform mathematical model of series and shunt compensator was proposed. Its principle and implementation method was discussed in detail. Aiming at the nonideal control result caused by the voltage fluctuation on dc side, the inevitablity of the fluctuation of capacitive voltage on dc side was analyzed in order to assure of the zero neutral current on source side when source voltage or load current unbalanced.The solution methods to eliminate the voltage fluctuation mentioned above were proposed. With an ac equivalent proportional-integral controller in p-q-r axis proposed to reduce the steady-state error as well as DC voltage regulation coefficient to eliminate the negative affect of voltage fluctuations on DC side on the series and parallel converter,the control strategy that could decrease the mutual interference between series and shunt compensator and enhance its accuracy and stability was proposed.The control logic of UPQC starting, namely the order of power supply, or series and parallel compensator, load, was discussed based on the different capacitor voltage established method. The reason of adopting these switching sequences was analyzed and the detailed start logic diagram was drawn. Different kinds of fault of the UPQC were analysized in detail, the different protection strategy and switch method were studied correspondingly.The main circuit of UPQC and its control circuit were designed and build, the simulation and experment results basd on which verifed the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy, the method eliminating infulence of dc voltage fluctuations and the start strategies.
