中文摘要: 当前国内针对汽车翻滚事故中的车体运动、结构耐撞性及乘员受伤机理的研究还较缺乏,事故的还原再现多采用多刚体建模方法。本项目以车辆翻滚三维运动为研究本体,以车体、乘员的动态响应模拟为主线,探索高精度的多刚体-有限元耦合建模方法,以分析车体及车内乘员的动态响应过程,并研究翻滚事故中车内乘员的防护方法。研究工作主体包括:多刚体-有限元耦合建模方法研究、长时域空间碰撞中的车体一次碰撞与车内乘员二次碰撞的模拟再现、乘员运动特征与受伤机理解析、约束系统设计对乘员伤害的影响分析。该项研究有助于明确长时域碰撞中有限元-多刚体耦合建模的适用方法;解析车辆初始参数对整车三维运动的影响;量化车顶入侵量与乘员受伤的相关性;并进一步提出降低翻滚事故中乘员头部伤害的可行性方案。研究成果将为今后开展车辆翻滚碰撞模拟、车内乘员运动仿真及乘员防护研究提供理论支撑及建模仿真方法支持。

英文摘要: So far little research has been conducted into vehicle dynamics, roof crush resistance, and occupant injury mechanisms during vehicle rollovers in China. This research is mainly about vehicle dynamics, occupant kinematics and head injury simulation by introducing the multibody-finite element hybrid modelling methodology, for the purpose of detailed occupant kinematics simulation and efficient ouccpant protection coumtermeasures. The main research work will cover: study of the hybrid modelling methodology, simulation of vehicle dynamics (first impact) and occupant kinematics (second impact) during the long duration, occupant kinematics and injury mechanisms, association study between occupant restraint systems and the risk of occupant injuries. This study can help propose an appropriate multibody-finite element hybrid modelling methodology, analyze certain parameters' effct on vehicle motion, indentify occupant injury and its relationship with the roof intrusion, propose solusions for further occupant injury reduction in rollovers. Research results will contribute to the future development of rollover simulation methodology and protocol.
