中文摘要: 换电模式是电动汽车发展的重要模式之一,当前全国大部分省市都开展了电动汽车换电网络的规划和建设,但是学术界的相关研究较为滞后。本项目以包含集中型充电站和具有换电功能的配送站的换电网络为研究对象,立足于解决电动汽车换电网络规划运营的关键问题,提出以物流为纽带的换电网络基本运行框架和时序运行步骤;综合最优化、电力系统、物流学的基本理论,研究换电模式下电力负荷的模型表达,从终端换电需求出发,以物流配送时间和次数设定确定的电量需求为约束,形成在电网优化调度条件下的可控负荷模型;在规划层面,基于多智能体/博弈论和DEA(数据包络分析)分析,建立包括含充电站的电网规划、集中型充电站容量规划、配送站规划、电池数量规划的换电网络协调规划模型;在运行层面,建立包括电池需求、物流配送、集中充电、电网调度的换电网络一体化优化调度模型,实现换电网络规划和运行的最优化求解,为换电网络的建设运营奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: Battery switching is one of the most important developing modes of electric vehicle. Currently the planning and construction of battery switching network have been carried out in most of the provinces of China, but the academic research in the field is comparatively weak. The battery switching network configured with centralized charging stations and delivery terminals with battery switching function is targeted in this proposal to solve the key problems of planning and operation of battery switching network.The oveall framework and operation sequence chart of the baterry switching network will be proposed. Combined with the fundamental theories of optimization, power system and logistics, load of battery charging under battery switching mode will be modeled as a controllable load with consideration of the electricity quantity constraint, which is defined by the logistic dispatching time and frequency. In the planning level, based on multiagent system/game theory and DEA analysis, the coordinating planning model will be established for battery switching network planning, which contains the power grid planning, capacity planning of centralized charging station, battery delivery terminal siting and battery quantity planning.In the operaion level, the integrated optimal scheduling of the battery swiching network wi
