中文摘要: 事故统计表明,汽车侧面碰撞是儿童乘员受AIS2+损伤率最高的事故形态。由于缺少对儿童损伤机理的深入研究,国际上对儿童约束系统的侧面碰撞试验评价方法尚无一致认可的标准,因此不同年龄儿童乘员侧面碰撞防护已成为汽车安全领域的瓶颈问题。本项目将(1)开展儿童尸体及组织的生物力学实验研究,建立具有高侧面碰撞生物逼真度的6岁儿童有限元模型;(2)基于解决常规附加式安全座椅误用问题的内置式自适应儿童座椅特征,结合动态仿真和事故重建,系统分析儿童乘员侧面碰撞损伤机理;(3)探索儿童约束系统侧面碰撞台车试验方法,发展内置式自适应儿童约束系统侧面碰撞防护结构设计理论;(4)开发基于图像的多信息融合儿童体征识别算法,建立并验证防护结构协同控制设计方法,实现对不同身材儿童的最佳保护。本项目的完成将为儿童乘员安全设计提供一条新的研究思路,同时打造成具有自主知识产权的核心设计技术,并为儿童安全研究提供基础数据支撑。

英文摘要: Accident statistics show that the AIS2+ injury risks to children suffer from side impacts are the highest rate in vehicle accidents. Since a lack of in-depth study of child injury mechanisms and no internationally recognized standards of child restraint systems side impact test method and evaluation criteria, it is still difficult to provide the best side impact protection for children of different statures. The main work of this project are as follows:(1) 6 years old child finite element model with high biological fidelity in side impact will be built and validated through biomechanics tests conducted on child cadavers and tissues;(2)The injury mechanisms of child occupant in side crashes will be systematically analyzed based on the built-in adaptive child safety seat which solved the problem of conventional additive child safety seat misuse combined by dynamic simulations;(3)Side impact sled test method of child restraint systems will be explored to develop and validate the theory of adaptive child restraint system side impact protection structure design;(4) The child occupant classification algorithm based on images and information fusion will be developed and the structural collaborative control design method will be built and validated to achieve the best protection for child occupants of different statures. Completion of this project will provide a new research idea for child occupant safety designing, while making a core design technology with independent intellectual property, and provide baseline data for child safety study.
