中文摘要: 柔性结构广泛应用于航空航天、汽车制造等领域,其振动具有低频、模态密集和接触敏感等特性,传统的振动测试方法始难以满足其测试要求。本项目提出采用基于分布式组合照明和多高速相机的立体视觉法解决柔性结构三维全场振动测试的难题,并深入研究针对柔性振动目标的三维重建理论和方法。本项目拟通过照明设计,以结构光特征信息为约束建立目标全场的连续灰度分布模型,建立适用于柔性振动目标的全场高分辨率精确匹配理论模型;设计振动模态已知的柔性结构靶标,深入研究振动测试系统参数高精度标定的理论与方法;建立柔性振动目标各时刻三维重建的数学模型;全面分析影响振动测试精度的主要因素,对系统参数进行精细化研究等。本项目的难点和关键点是对多目振动目标图像进行全场高分辨率精确匹配。本项目的成功实施将为实现柔性结构全场三维振动测试提供创新理论依据,在提升柔性结构三维振动测试的精度等方面将发挥积极作用,具有较大的经济意义和科学价值。

英文摘要: Flexible structure is widely used in aerospace,automobile manufacture etc, and it has characters of low frequency ,model sparseness ,contact sensitivity and so on ,traditional vibration test method can hardly meet the test constraint . This project puts forward using the method of stereo vision based on distributed synthetic source and high speed cameras, in order to solve the problem of 3D full-field vibration measurement for flexible structure,and make a deeply research on 3D reconstruction theory and method for the flexible vibration targets. This project intends tothrough the lighting design, according to the constraint of structure light characteristics information , set up the continuous gray-scales distribution model for the target of full-field , and the full-field high-resolution and accurate matching theory model suit for flexible vibration target. This project also design the flexible structure vibration modal known target, and make a further research on the theory and method of high-accuracy calibration for vibration testing system parameters. And at last, it also establish 3D reconstruct mathematical model for flexible vibration target on each moment,make a comprehensive analysis on main factors affecting the accuracy of vibration test, and refinement research on system parameters etc.This project w
