中文摘要： 利益主体的利益博弈是村落遗产地旅游制度变迁的内在推动力，村落遗产地治理实践中的模式创新则是制度变迁的体现。随着村落遗产地旅游开发进程的加快，遗产的真实性和完整性遭到破坏，使得文化遗产受到越来越严重的威胁。如何在保护文化遗产的基础上，采用适应性的治理模式，实现村落遗产地旅游业持续发展，已成为学界关注的焦点。 本课题以我国村落遗产地为研究对象，采用理论与实证相结合，通过构建进化博弈模型，着重探讨利益相关者复杂的利益博弈关系与博弈行为，揭示村落遗产地旅游制度变迁的内在推动力；针对村落遗产地现行单边治理模式的困境，提出从内部治理和外部治理构建村落遗产地多元主体治理模式，从模式创新的视角诠释村落遗产地旅游制度变迁。这不仅可以拓展村落遗产旅游研究视角，初步形成村落遗产地旅游制度变迁理论分析框架，同时为行政管理部门科学制定决策提供理论依据，以促进村落遗产地利益主体和谐共生，实现村落遗产地旅游业持续发展。

英文摘要： Interest game of stakeholders is the intrinsic motivation and model innovation of village heritage site embodies institutional change. With the rapid tourism development of village heritage site, there has been the degradation of authenticity and damage to heritage sites due to some unreasonable low-level mismatch and the severer external diseconomy caused by over-loaded tourism development operation, which in turn jeopardizes these heritage sites badly and influences the long-term healthy development of village heritage tourism and sustainable increase of social benefits and economic profits of the village. How to protect village heritage site and adopt adaptive governance model have been a focus among tourism scolars. This project constructs dynamic game model and studies interests game relationship and behavior which reveals intrinsic motivation of tourism institutional change of village heritage site using normative analysis and empirical research; and builds up stakeholder co-governance model including internal governance and external governace, which shows tourism institutional change of village heritage site from model innovation perspective.This project not only entends tourism research perspective and elementarily formulates analysis framework on tourism institutional change,but also provides theory bas
