中文摘要： 本项目引入复杂系统思想和传染病动力学方法，研究了隐性知识传播问题。主要研究企业组织隐性知识传播复杂系统的动力学建模问题：分析了隐性知识的内涵、特征、隐性知识传播的方式、隐性知识传播的途径、影响隐性知识传播的主要因素，建立了隐性知识传播概念模型，并画出流程图，对知识的粘滞性也进行了一定的研究；建立了组织内部的隐性知识传播模型，分析了影响隐性知识传播的渐近解的主要控制参数；建立了组织之间隐性知识传播过程的微分动力学模型，对组织之间隐性知识传播模型的主要参数进行了灵敏度分析；建立了隐性知识传播的元胞自动机模型，通过仿真模拟了隐性知识的传播，研究了组织成员的固有知识水平差异程度、文化差异、传播者地位和遗忘率对组织中隐性知识传播的影响；建立了复杂网络中的网络流行语传播模型，并通过一些网络流行语的数据验证了所建模型；从社会网络、社会资本、组织政治技能等多方面对隐性知识传播的影响进行了实证研究，使我们对隐性知识的传播规律有了更全面的认识。 本研究的意义在于引入复杂系统思想和传染病动力学方法，使我们从新的角度发展隐性知识传播理论，丰富知识传播管理研究，对知识管理实践也提出了多方面的决策建议。

英文摘要： Abstract: This project introduced the complex systems idea and infectious disease dynamic method into research the spreading of tacit knowledge. We focused on the business organizations' tacit knowledge spreading dynamic model: analysed the tacit knowledge' connotation, features,spreading modes and paths, the main factors which influence the spreading and so on. Firstly, We founded the tacit knowledges' spreading concept model and pictured a flow-process diagram. Besides, we did some research on the knowledge stickiness. Secondly, we modeled the organization's interior tacit knowledge spreading process and analysed the main controlling parameters which influence the asymptotic solution. Thirdly, We founded the differential dynamic model of tacit knowledge' spreading between the different organizations and analysed the sensitivity of main parameters in the model.Fourthly, we founded the tacit knowledge spreading' s cellular automata model and simulated the spreading process, we also made a thorough inquiry into some factors(e.g. the difference of the inherent knowledge level and culture between the organization members, the position of the spreader, the forget rate and so on) which affect the tacit knowledge's spreading. Fifth, we founded the popular words' spreading model in complex networks and test this model after gathered some data from the networks. Besides, in many points of view, like the social networks, social capital and organization political skill, we made a lot of real evidence research to study how the tacit knowledge' spreading be affected, and this give us a comprehensive understanding of tacit knowledge' spreading. The great sense of this research is to introduce the idea of complex systems and method of the infectious disease which can make us develop the tacit knowledge's spreading in a new angle. And it can enrich the research area about the knowledge' spreading and management, we also put forward many-sides proposals for the practice of knowledge management.
