中文摘要: 放线菌是一类能够产生大量生物活性物质、具有重要应用价值的微生物资源。从"新生境"中挖掘新的放线菌资源是加快其开发利用进度的有效策略。白云鄂博稀土矿是目前我国乃至世界发现的最大稀土矿,对于其中的微生物已有部分研究,结果显示其中存在大量特殊及未培养的微生物。我们的前期研究发现,白云鄂博稀土矿存在丰富的放线菌且稀有类群比例较大,是一类具有重要开发潜力的微生物生境。本课题拟对该地区放线菌资源进行系统研究,通过纯培养法和免培养法对该地区放线菌多样性开展研究;对可培养放线菌潜在新物种进行多相分类鉴定;通过检测纯培养放线菌的多种生物活性,挖掘一批新的活性放线菌资源。通过上述研究,为放线菌资源利用提供新菌源和参考资料,同时也为白云鄂博稀土矿及其微生物资源的研究、保护与利用提供实验依据。

英文摘要: Actinomycetes are one of important microbial resources which can produce bioactive metabolites. Obtaining new Actinobacteria materials from new sources can accelerate its exploitation and utilization programmes. Bayan Obo is so far the biggest rare earth mine in China even in the word which has rich special and abundant uncultured microorganisms reported in some researches. In the previous study, the actinobacterial community was very rich and the proportion of rare ones was large, which deserves study and exploitation further. In this project, Actinobacteria in rare earth mine from Bayan Obo would be explored systematicly. The diversity and distribution characteristic of actinobacteria would be investigated by the cultural-dependent and cultural-independent methods. Polyphasic taxonomy study would be carried out for the potential new strains. Through screening of bioactivities on the selected actinobacterial isolates, good and potential new microbial resources will be gotten. The performance of this project can provide new Actinobacteria materials and reference data for Actinomycetes sources exploitation and utilization. Moreover, the results may also give some experimental data to study, conservation and utilization of Bayan Obo rare earth mine and its microbial resources.
