中文摘要: 耐高温泡沫陶瓷已成为太阳能热发电站用空气吸热器的首选吸热体材料,对其内高温空气的流动、传热性能进行深入理论研究是成功设计泡沫陶瓷空气吸热器的前提基础。本课题针对国内自主研制的碳化硅泡沫陶瓷材料性能,细致研究了流动阻力,分析了空气在泡沫陶瓷内从环境温度变化至1200℃#21450;以上温度时的流动-传热过程, 进行了碳化硅泡沫材料内空气流动、传热一维稳态模型分析,碳化硅泡沫陶瓷材料在太阳能碟式系统实验研究,泡沫陶瓷应用于强化空气电阻炉传热过程的实验研究,数值模拟了空气吸热器的热性能,建立了泡沫陶瓷三维空隙内辐射吸收、传递数学模型,为揭示"热斑"的形成机理奠定了理论基础,形成的理论分析方法可以直接指导空气吸热器设计。

英文摘要: Ceramic foam have been the most suitable material used in air receiver of solar thermal power plant duo to its excellent thermo-physical and mechenical properties in high temperature condition. In order to design the air receiver with high performance,theoretic research on flow and heat transfer of air with high temperature is the first essential step.In this project,refined research on solar transmission, flow resistance and heat transfer performance of the ceramic foam which can be producted by ourselves have been done. Air flow and heat transfer process in receiver was analyzed while air is heated by solar from room temperature to 1200℃Several experiments and tests were done in this project including receiver efficiency test in solar dish system,air flow resistance test,heat transfer performance experiment,thermal performance testing of silicon carbide ceramic foam panele inserting into the electrical furnace. Mathematic model of solar absorbed and transfered in three dimensional porous structure of ceramic foam have been made.For numerical simulation method can be used to calculate the whole process of air flow,solar transmission,heat transfer in ceramic foam.In this project,the mechanism of "hot spot" is much clearer by the analysis.The theoretical method of this project can be directly used to guide the design of such type soar air receiver.
