中文摘要: 近年来本体学习已成为计算机科学领域的一个非常热门的研究方向。然而,目前国际国内尚无完全自动的本体学习(特别是中文本体学习)方法、技术与实现,目前,较好的成果是整个本体学习过程是在人工指导下进行的交互式半自动机器学习过程。其主要的原因在于对本体学习过程中本体结构的形成及其状态的变化缺乏深入的研究。结合现代认知主义学习理论对人的认知过程中信息处理的研究成果,我们提出一种支持中文本体学习的认知模型及其算法,用它们来表达本体学习过程中本体的结构及其状态变化,并用形式化的方法来表示该模型中的知识,通过对本体学习过程中各种认知操作的模拟,实现对本体的自动扩展、对本体中已学习的知识进行归纳泛化、对矛盾知识的修正以及对过时知识的更新等,探索本体自动构建的关键过程和技术,为进一步建立基于认知模型的本体自动学习系统打下基础。在国内外重要杂志和会议上发表论文5-8篇,其中SCI、EI不少于5篇,专利1-2项。

英文摘要: A new research direction called "Ontology Learning" that aims to acquire domain knowledge has become a hot spot of research recently.From the view of cognition, current study of ontology learning focuses on how to acquire concepts, axioms and relations between concepts, but not addressing the problem of how a statement of knowledge acquired can be integrated into an existing ontology. Specifically, the ontology learning algorithms mentioned above should be referred to as "ontology mining algorithms" because the process of building ontology is still manual or semi-automatic and requires the use of ontology building tools to involve human in the process. The main reason is that current research on ontology learning algorithms lack the study of a learner's cognitive status and its changes in the process of learning.Some new results of cognitive science describe and explain the activities of human beings in information processing. Inspired by the result of modern cognitive theory of learning, this paper presents a cognitive model of ontology learning, which can be used to describe the cognitive status and its changes in the process of ontology learning.
