中文摘要: 概念建模是脑数据库研究的一个重要课题。尽管各种脑数据库概念模型、脑数据元数据概念模式以及脑本体已经被构建,但是这些脑数据的概念模型缺乏完备的内容、一致性的描述形式和抽象层次,因而难以支持脑信息学系统化的数据管理的实现。本项目旨在面向脑信息学研究的特殊性,以实现系统化的数据管理为目的,基于脑信息学方法学以及多种相关理论和技术对脑数据的概念建模和概念模型应用展开研究。其意义在于,通过本项目的研究,为脑数据中心的构建提供理论和技术支持,实现系统化的数据管理,支持脑信息学对推理、问题解决、决策、学习等以思维为中心的人的高级认知功能的信息加工过程及其神经机制的系统化研究以及研究成果的应用。

英文摘要: Conceptual modeling is an important issue in the researches of brain databases. Researchers have constructed different types of conceptual models of brain data, including conceptual models of brain databases, conceptual schemas of meta data of brain data, and brain ontologies. However, because of lacking comprehensive contents, consistent expression formats and abstract levels, these conceptual models of brain data cannot meet the requirements of systematic data management in Brain Informatics. Aiming at the peculiarities of Brain Informatics researches, this project focuses on the researches of conceptual models of brain data, including conceptual modeling and model applications, based on Brain Informatics methodology and other related theories/technologies, in order to realize the systematic brain data management. New theories and technologies will be developed to construct a brain data center,which can realize the systematic brain data management and support the systematic BI researches on human higher cognitive functions, including reasoning, problem-solving, decision-making, learning, etc., as well as the applications of research fruits.
