中文摘要: 自动情绪调节无需意识决定、注意加工及有意控制,改变着情绪轨迹。迄今为止,研究仅限于证实其确能低耗高效地改变情绪过程,尚未对其如何改变情绪过程进行研究。本项目以自动情绪调节的神经机制作为研究对象,从行为和心理生理层面,使用行为、脑电和电生理技术,对自动情绪调节改变情绪过程机制进行实验研究。具体内容包括:通过EEG技术获得静息状态额叶alpha偏侧化,检验自动情绪调节是否影响预备阶段行为反应倾向;结合启动范式和ANT注意范式,检验自动情绪调节对注意的注意觉醒、注意朝向和注意执行三个阶段的作用机制;通过脑电技术并结合Go/Nogo范式,获得大脑皮层的时空特点,以研究自动情绪调节对评价和反应的作用机制;通过情绪调节目标训练,研究自动情绪调节的可塑性在脑活动上的体现。研究为确定自动情绪调节的加工规律,构建其预备-注意-评价-反应模型,并为有效控制情绪紊乱和研究出高效的情绪调节干预提供理论和实证依据。

英文摘要: Automatic emotion regulation (AER) changes emotion unconsciously, with no attention or control. Recent studies supported that AER did change emotion processing with high effenciency and with low cost. The mechanism of the processing of AER, however, has not been studied. The present study aimed to examine the neural mechanism of AER, and to anchor the place where AER affect emotion processing. The present study included four studies: 1) To examine whether AER affect behavior intendency in preparation stage, the present study recorded EEG and analized AER's effect on frontal alpha laterality. 2) To examine whether AER affect selective attention of emotion facial expression, the present study combined behavior and ERPs technology. 3) This study also applied Go/Nogo paradigm to acquire EEG data in evaluation and behavior reaction stage. The latency and space properties. 4) AER trainning was conducted to explore the plasticity of the activity of brain in AER. The present study aimed to explore a preparation-attention-evluation-reaction model to explain the mechanism of AER. This study will also provide theoretical and empirical evidences to control and intervene emotion disorder.
