中文摘要: 蜂王浆高产蜜蜂(浆蜂)是我国从意大利蜜蜂(意蜂)选育而成的目前世界上蜂王浆产量最高的蜂种,但浆蜂蜂王浆高产的分子机理至今尚不甚明了。蜂王浆的人工生产建立在工蜂哺育行为基础上,大脑不仅是调控工蜂的哺育行的最高神经中枢,同时参与哺育蜂对幼虫信息素的识别从而影响台基接受率。因此,从神经调控入手进行研究,对深入揭示蜂王浆高产形成的分子机制具有重要意义。本研究将以蜂王浆高产机理的神经调控机制为主线,综合利用神经肽组、膜蛋白质组和膜蛋白磷酸化修饰的研究方法,以期①找出浆蜂和意蜂哺育蜂大脑在神经肽、膜蛋白及其磷酸化修饰水平上存的差异;②探明神经肽、膜蛋白的差异表达和信号通路的改变在调控蜂王浆高产中的作用,从而阐明蜂王浆高产的神经调控机理,为深刻认识我国优质蜂种资源的产浆生物学特性以及分子改造和利用奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: High royal jelly-producing bee (RJb) is selected from a strain of Italian bee (ITb) in China with the highest royal jelly (RJ) production all over the world. However, the molecular mechanism behind the high production of royal jelly is still elusive. RJ production is based on brood feeding behavior of nurse bees, and brain is the highest neural center that not only plays crucial role in modulating brood feeding behavior, but influences the recognition of queen cells by regulating nurse bee’s response to brood pheromone. It is thus vital to investigate the neuromodulation of nurse bees. In this program, we will focus on the neuromodulation mechanism behind the high RJ production, hoping ① reveal the differences of neuropeptidome, membrane proteome and phosphorproteome between the brain of high royal jelly producing nurse bees and Italian nurse bees; ② illustrate the correlation between the high royal jelly production and differential expression of neuropeptides, membrane proteins and signal pathway alteration, to achieve a better insight into the molecular base of it. This study will contribute new knowledge to our understanding of the innate biochemical characterization of RJb, and is potentially useful for better utilizing this honeybee species to promote beekeeping industry development.
